Job Description: We are a real estate and construction company located in Lomas de Angelópolis, Puebla, seeking an experienced FileMaker developer for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise solutions based on FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into functional, scalable, and user-friendly systems. This position requires solid expertise in FileMaker scripting, relational database modeling, and preferably experience integrating with APIs or external systems. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications in FileMaker Pro. Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical FileMaker solutions. Optimize database and workflow performance. Create intuitive, user-experience-oriented interfaces. Develop complex scripts to automate internal processes. Perform testing, debugging, and technical documentation of developed systems. Manage FileMaker Server installation, configuration, and maintenance. Integrate FileMaker with other systems via REST APIs, ODBC, or XML. Provide technical support and basic training to internal users. Requirements: Proven experience developing with FileMaker Pro (minimum 2 years). Solid knowledge of relational database design. Ability to write advanced scripts and use calculation functions.
