Professional development and growth within the group At Grupo Excelencia, we seek an **After-sales Auditor** with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to identify improvement opportunities within after-sales operational processes. **Position Objective** Ensure proper compliance with processes, controls, and inventories in the after-sales area; detect operational deviations; and propose corrective actions that contribute to the continuous improvement of the group's dealerships. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing * Full-time availability from Monday to Saturday * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Excellent personal presentation * Willingness to travel to various group dealerships * Preferred experience in automotive dealerships, warehouses, parts distribution, or operational control **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and conduct physical and selective parts inventories * Validate inventory receipts, issuances, and inventory control * Identify inconsistencies, operational risks, or process deviations * Prepare reports and documentation of findings * Follow up on corrective action plans * Review compliance with internal policies and procedures * Coordinate activities related to operational control and continuous improvement * Analyze after-sales area indicators and reports * Verify workplace order, document control, and process traceability SCHEDULE: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM (including two-hour lunch break); Sat, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM **We Offer** * Base salary of $22,000 gross per month * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance and funeral expense coverage * Employee benefits * Job stability * Professional development and growth within the group Salary: $22,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license? * In which area do you reside? * Do you have experience in the automotive sector?
