




**Main Responsibilities** * Diagnose, repair, and modify mechanical systems (braking, steering, suspension, engine). * Disassemble and reassemble motorcycles or ATVs for modification. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordinate the integration of electrical components. * Install sensors and actuators on moving parts. * Read and interpret mechanical blueprints or diagrams. * Use specialized workshop tools. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements Academic Qualifications:** * High school diploma or University Technical Superior (TSU) degree in Automotive Mechanics / Motorcycles (preferred). * Equivalent experience will be valued. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in maintenance, repair, or modification of automobiles, motorcycles, or go-karts. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * General internal combustion engine mechanics. * Braking, steering, suspension, and transmission systems. * Installation of sensors and actuators on moving parts. * Use of workshop tools: wrenches, torque wrenches, grinders, drills, welders, etc. * Reading of mechanical blueprints or diagrams. **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Adaptability to change. * Curiosity and continuous learning. * Synthesis ability. * Proactivity. * Time management. **We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Innovative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for development in the Innovation area. * Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday.
