Support the implementation and design of Talent and Labor Relations strategies, facilitating HR processes and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Job Objective:
Support the implementation and design of Talent and Labor Relations strategies, facilitating recruitment, hiring, training, and deployment of culture and retention programs, ensuring a high-quality service orientation toward internal customers and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
**Attention to and compliance with Talent processes and other administrative activities:**
Support the management of compliance in recruitment, movement, and hiring processes to ensure complete documentation.
Support the recruitment process.
Support the Shared Services team in the hiring process.
**Attention to Culture and Talent initiatives**
**?**Collaborate in deploying organizational culture, development, and wellbeing activities: climate surveys, NOM-035, wellbeing programs, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
Support talent retention programs.
**Attention to and follow-up on Training and Development activities:**
Support as a facilitator in Onboarding, professional development, occupational safety, and internal training programs.
Collaborate in the logistics of training courses and workshops, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
**Preparation of documents and people and culture analysis:**
Prepare presentations and executive reports.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles, either as a generalist or in a related position.
Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
Salary: $9,500.62 – $12,000.00 per month.
