At Logx Abogados, we are seeking a person to effectively train new and current staff on the proper use of the company's internal platform, as well as other digital systems or tools related to daily operations, ensuring correct understanding and application of established processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and deliver training programs on the use of the company platform and its various modules. * Conduct theoretical and practical sessions for employees from different areas. * Develop support materials for staff. * Provide initial guidance to employees as needed, resolving questions about tool operation. * Coordinate with IT and human resources departments to keep training content up to date. * Report progress, results, and feedback from implemented programs. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in training. * Knowledge in managing digital platforms. * Patience, leadership, and service orientation. * Intermediate to advanced level in digital tools.
