Job Summary: We are seeking a mobile telecommunications trainer with natural charisma and strong interpersonal skills, responsible for developing and delivering training programs, as well as providing follow-up support to promoters at points of sale. We are looking for a mobile telecommunications trainer Puebla Area **Requirements:** * Valid official identification documents * Prior experience as a trainer, preferably in telecommunications and sales * Extroverted * Willingness to travel (travel allowances provided) **Responsibilities:** * Development and/or adaptation of presentation materials for training delivery * Scheduling and execution of training sessions * Follow-up on training plans with promoters at points of sale (internal staff, carriers, etc.) * DNC (Do Not Call) management based on point-of-sale productivity results * Group facilitation * Other related duties * Achievement of KPIs (trained personnel, commercial allies\-sales) If you possess natural charisma and strong interpersonal skills, this position is for you.
