




***Beer Garden in Cholula, Puebla Archaeological Zone.*** **We are seeking: Unit Head Chef** **Requirements** * Age: 25 to 45 years * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy or Technician in Food * Residence: Must live in San Andrés Cholula or nearby areas * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (unit head chef, kitchen manager, or unit supervisor) **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and supervision of dishes according to quality standards. * Compliance and management of **Distintivo H**. * Preparation of **menus**, production control, and menu planning. * Receiving and validating daily supplies. * Supervision, coordination, and training of kitchen staff. * Control of operational indicators: * **Recipe costing** * **Shrinkage control** * **Inventories and FIFO** * **Supplier relations** * Ensure the proper operational functioning of the assigned unit. **Job Offer** * **Base salary: $12,000 monthly net** * Weekly payments * Weekly **tip distribution scheme** * Daily dining facility * Work schedule: **Tuesday to Sunday from 1:00 pm until closing** (between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am, depending on operations).
