**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Objective:** Coordinate, generate, and supervise all activities related to the execution of civil, electrical, and air conditioning construction projects, ensuring proper implementation of work, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to established timelines. **Position Profile** * Assertive and effective communication. * Assist in preparing weekly material and equipment requisitions on time. * Support in the preparation and monitoring of the construction log. * Execute highly detailed and accurate construction quantity takeoffs. * Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, civil works, structures, finishes, CCTV, voice and data systems. **Responsibilities** * Carry out weekly requisitions for materials and equipment to ensure timely supply at the construction site. * Prepare and update the construction log, documenting progress, incidents, and relevant activities. * Perform detailed construction quantity takeoffs, ensuring accuracy in volume and quantity calculations. * Assist in preparing technical reports and progress updates. * Coordinate with various work teams to ensure correct project execution. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the commercial construction sector. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, civil works, structural systems, finishes, CCTV, voice and data networks. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Proficiency with construction measurement and control tools. * **Software:** Basic skills in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. * **Personal Skills:** Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, and effective communication. * **Availability:** * For fieldwork and working under pressure. * To travel throughout Mexico (100%). * Full-time availability. **Key Skills** * Project management. * Critical thinking. * Problem solving. * Knowledge of regulations. * Oral and written communication. * Adaptability.
