




**Engrane is seeking a Nursing Technician in Barrio San Bartolo - Zacatlán, Puebla** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Position Objective** Provide technical and clinical support to medical staff during surgical procedures, ensuring proper preparation, supply, and control of supplies, equipment, and surgical instruments—with particular emphasis on osteosynthesis materials and endoprostheses—guaranteeing operational continuity, compliance with protocols, and patient safety. **Academic Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Technical Nursing Program (degree and/or professional license preferred). * Certifications or courses in operating room practices, surgical instrumentation, or supply management (preferred). **Required Experience** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in: * + Support during surgical procedures. + Handling of medical instruments. + Control and safeguarding of hospital supplies. + Care in trauma and orthopedics departments (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Handling of **osteosynthesis materials and endoprostheses**. * Preparation and verification of surgical equipment and instruments. * Inventory and hospital warehouse management. * Basic hygiene, sterilization, and operating room safety standards (CEYE). * Protocols for care and support to medical staff during surgery. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, inspect, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment, supplies, and instruments before each surgical procedure. * Timely supply of required materials during surgeries. * Directly assist medical staff during surgical procedures, according to the technician’s role. * Manage and safeguard the assigned supply warehouse at the corresponding Medical Unit. * Conduct inventory control, tracking incoming and outgoing surgical materials. * Report incidents, shortages, damages, or replenishment needs for supplies. * Comply with institutional, regulatory, and patient safety protocols. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and traceability of materials under custody. **Schedule and Coverage** * **Regular Shift:** **8-hour** workday. * **Corresponding Medical Unit (Operations across the entire state of Puebla):** * + Coverage across **three shifts**: + - Morning - Afternoon - Night + From **Monday to Sunday**, including **holidays**, throughout the service period.
