Once Observatorio is seeking a Supervisor \- Head Chef in Lomas De Angelópolis II \- San Andrés Cholula, Puebla** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Job Title:** **Supervisor / Head Chef** ### **Department:** Kitchen ### **Location:** Observatorio 11 11 ### **Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring proper food preparation, compliance with quality and hygiene standards, and effective leadership of the workforce. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise correct recipe execution and dish presentation. * Coordinate kitchen staff and assign daily tasks. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Manage inventory, waste control, and supply requisitions. * Assist in food preparation when operational needs require. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report incidents and operational needs to management. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma (technical or bachelor's degree in Gastronomy preferred). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Supervisor or Head Chef). * Leadership and staff management skills. * Organizational ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Availability to rotate shifts, with primary availability during the evening shift. * Flexibility to rotate across departments as required by operations. **Schedule:** **Availability to rotate shifts, primarily the evening shift.** * **Morning Shift:** Sunday to Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. + Friday and Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. * **Evening Shift:** + Sunday to Thursday: 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. + Friday and Saturday: 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. * 6 working days per week / 1 day off. **Salary:** $10,500 monthly ### **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for internal growth. **Location:** Sonata \- Lomas de Angelópolis, Puebla **CONTACT:** Lic.
