Experience handling tools and machinery including: * Scheduling management, operational control, and discipline. * Preparation and follow-up of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Analysis of productive area performance, identification of improvement opportunities, and assurance of key performance indicator compliance. * Quality, safety, and environmental management. * Ensuring compliance with Integrated Management System procedures. * Efficiency and continuous improvement. * Continuous analysis of departmental quality objectives using quality tools and proposal of improvements. * Coordination with HR regarding justified absences, unexcused absences, vacations, overtime, equipment assignments, PPE, and uniforms for personnel under supervision. * Regulatory Compliance.
