Ensuring excellent preservation condition of common areas Maintenance Assistant for an apartment building on Via Atlixcayotl: General building cleaning, preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, responsible for ensuring common areas are in excellent preservation condition, monitoring of tank water levels, lawn and potted plant irrigation in garden and interior areas, among other duties.
