Multi-Account CEDIS Operations Manager

Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the daily operation of a CEDIS, managing inventory, 3PL warehouse processes, and the operational team, with a focus on productivity and customer satisfaction. Analysis of productivity indicators and action plans Functions and Responsibilities:  Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the daily CEDIS operation—from receiving, storage, and cross-docking, to order picking and timely delivery of customer products.  Coordinate inventory operations, ensuring stock accuracy both physically and in the system.  Monitor and supervise **3PL warehouse** processes (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory management, returns, product identification, labeling, packaging, etc.)  Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)  Effective planning for workload distribution.  Good warehousing practices.  Handling of productivity KPI reports, preparation, tracking of metrics, root-cause analysis, and associated action plans.  Addressing customer requirements.  Effective leadership, supervising operational staff  Manage and supervise CEDIS organization and cleanliness Requirements: \- Logistics Engineer or related degree; graduated or intern \- Flexible working hours. \- Experience managing personnel. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency \- Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems \- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions. \- Proactive, honest, committed, and strategic. Requirements Minimum Education: Higher Education — Bachelor's Degree 4 years of experience in a similar position Age: Between 30 and 45 years old Knowledge: Logistics, warehousing, multi-account operations, ERP, WMS, personnel leadership Gross Monthly Salary: Starting at $25,000–$30,000 gross per payroll.
