**At Courtyard** ***by Marriott*** **Las Ánimas**, we are seeking a committed, organized, and leadership-oriented individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor, ensuring adherence to cleanliness, order, and presentation standards that deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. Key responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff. * Verify compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and internal hotel spaces. * Assign rooms, shifts, and workloads according to operational needs. * Conduct supervision walkthroughs to ensure facility quality and presentation. * Follow up on maintenance reports identified in guest rooms and common areas. * Supervise control of linens, amenities, uniforms, and cleaning supplies. * Assist with monthly inventories of linens, equipment, and supplies. * Coordinate deep-cleaning programs and special projects. * Train, guide, and motivate the team. * Maintain constant communication with the Front Desk and other operational departments to address guest requests. * Promptly follow up on incidents, requests, and feedback related to cleanliness. * Provide operational support in guest rooms or other areas as required by operations. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and risk prevention regulations. Required profile: * Prior experience supervising hotel housekeeping or as a housekeeping manager. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. * Flexible availability for scheduling. * Hotel industry experience preferred.
