




Position Purpose Ensure the operation, availability, and security of the company's technological infrastructure, providing timely user support, continuity in production and administrative processes, and alignment of technology with business needs. Main Responsibilities * **User Support** * Address and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer incidents. * Provide first and second level on-site and remote support. * Manage user access requests and account requirements. * **Technological Infrastructure Management:** * Administer local servers, backups, and antivirus systems. * Maintain LAN/WiFi networks, printers, and communication equipment. * Monitor internet service, telephony, and cloud-based systems. * **Cybersecurity:** * Monitor and enforce security policies (passwords, backups, access). * Coordinate updates and security patches. * Protect the company's confidential information and prevent vulnerabilities. * **Business Systems and Software:** * Provide support for ERP Microsoft Dynamics. * Manage software licensing. * Coordinate with external vendors in case of critical failures. * **Planning and Continuous Improvement:** * Identify technological needs and propose improvements. * Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and support contracts. * Implement backup, recovery, and operational continuity procedures. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Average incident resolution time. * Network and key systems availability percentage (\> 98%). * Compliance with backups and security policies. * Internal user satisfaction level. * Adherence to the assigned IT budget. **Academic Background** * Bachelor's degree/Engineering in Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. **Experience** * 3 to 5 years in technical support or IT administration. * Experience in manufacturing companies (desirable). * Experience supporting users and coordinating with external providers. **Technical Knowledge** * LAN/WAN/WiFi networks and Windows/Linux server administration. * Support for computers, printers, and peripherals. * ERP (preferably experience with manufacturing systems). * Backup and recovery tools. * Cybersecurity and corporate antivirus solutions. * Office 365 / Google Workspace. **Behavioral Competencies** * **Internal Customer Orientation**: Service capacity and empathy toward users. * **Problem Solving**: Rapid analysis and diagnosis of incidents. * **Organization and Planning**: Task prioritization and resource management. * **Effective Communication**: Ability to explain technical topics in simple language to non-expert users. * **Working Under Pressure**: Maintaining calmness and efficiency during critical failures. * **Proactivity**: Anticipating technological needs and proposing improvements.
