Ability to build work teams and serve customers Manager Age: 25\-45 years old Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Accountant and Auditor, or Industrial Engineering (degree holder). Experience: Minimum two years in the microcredit area, holding positions such as Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Microcredit Coordinator.
