




In our specialized pathology laboratory, we are seeking an **Executive Project Manager** responsible for coordinating strategic and operational projects in the medical, administrative, and expansion areas. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented individual with strategic thinking, capable of connecting multiple departments and ensuring the proper execution of institutional projects. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects from the General Management. * Supervise schedules, indicators, and deliverables from various involved teams. * Ensure traceability and achievement of objectives using digital tools (ClickUp, Trello, or similar). * Prepare executive reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for the Presidency and Board of Directors. * Follow up on interdepartmental commitments and ensure smooth communication flow across departments. * Participate in the implementation of new services or medical projects. * Manage priorities, resources, and dependencies to optimize execution. * Identify risks and propose timely solutions. * Promote order, efficiency, and a culture of accountability. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or specialization in project management is desirable). * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in executive project management, preferably in the **healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical sectors.** * Proficiency in project management and planning tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday, MS Project, advanced Excel). * Ability to create executive reports and managerial presentations. * Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize multiple concurrent projects. * Assertive communication, analytical thinking, and excellent writing skills. **Technical Knowledge** * Clear technical writing and structured thinking. * Programming: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery. * Databases: Entity-relationship models and normalization. * Tools: Git, Git Flow, Swagger, Postman, PlantUML, Mermaid, MkDocs, Docusaurus, Sphinx, Confluence**.** * Basic CI/CD (automated documentation publishing) **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail and organization. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Collaborative work environment.
