We are a leading company in the distribution of Apple products and services (APR: Apple Premium Reseller), with over 30 years in the market and 76 branches across the Mexican Republic.** This position is for Technical Support, and responsibilities include: * Providing first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. * Delivering personalized customer service. * Tracking completed services. * Recommending additional services and promotions. * Meeting performance metrics and KPIs. **We Offer:** * **Gross monthly salary: $9,900.00 (salary increases and service commissions).** * **Monthly food vouchers: $350.00** * **Punctuality bonus: $900.00** Statutory and Enhanced Benefits: * 100% IMSS registration. * Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification. * Direct employment contract with the company. * 17-day Christmas bonus (increases based on seniority). * 12 vacation days. * Vacation premium. * Profit-sharing up to three months. * Life insurance and funeral expense assistance. * Uniforms. * Career growth. * Ongoing training.
