




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Implementation Coordinator to ensure the execution and continuous improvement of operational processes at the plant, reporting to General Management. This role is critical to ensuring that designed processes are correctly executed in daily operations. This is not a managerial or creative position: it is for someone structured, focused on field-level monitoring and execution. **Job Objective** Ensure operational processes move from paper to practice through implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement, generating clear visibility for General Management. **Main Responsibilities** **1\.\- Process Implementation** * Translate defined processes into operational tools (checklists, forms, records). * Ensure plant staff understand and apply procedures. * Identify deviations between the designed process and actual execution. **2\.\- Monitoring and Control** * Update the project dashboard weekly. * Prepare clear executive reports for General Management. * Document compliance evidence (records, photos, validations). **3\.\- Operational Quality Control** * Verify execution of production checkpoints: cutting, sewing, laundry, etc. * Audit AQL records and batch-wise control. * Report key indicators (rejections, seconds, deviations). **4\.\- Support for Strategic Projects** * Track commercial and operational progress. * Coordinate actions for pilot customer development. **5\.\- Documentation** * Maintain up-to-date manuals and procedures. * Generate evidence for customer compliance (including export requirements). **Required Profile** **Education:** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality, or related field (interns with experience may apply). **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in textile manufacturing, garment production, or process-based industry. * Knowledge of AQL, quality control, or ISO-type systems is desirable. **Key Competencies:** * High level of organization and focus on monitoring. * Results-oriented with evidence-based approach. * Clear and executive communication skills. * Proactivity in resolving operational issues. * Comfort working on the plant floor (not just in the office). **Offer:** * Salary: To be determined based on profile. * Professional growth opportunity in an expanding company. * Direct exposure to General Management.
