Join our team as **Driver Manager!** **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and manage the driver team, ensuring proper assignment of services, adherence to schedules and operational standards, with a clear focus on **customer orientation, operational efficiency, and service quality**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and assign work roles to drivers, ensuring fairness, compliance with working hours and rest periods as stipulated by current regulations. * Supervise driver team performance, promoting productivity, discipline, and service quality. * Monitor and verify service mileage in accordance with established guidelines. * Address, analyze, and resolve operational incidents related to driving personnel. * Ensure accurate communication of guidelines, operational changes, and priorities to the team. * Foster a culture of service, safety, and customer attention. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure service continuity and quality. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **2–3 years’ experience managing work teams**, preferably drivers or operations. * Experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution (mandatory). * **Strong customer and service orientation.** * Prior experience working with operational teams. * **Desirable experience in customer service, service delivery, or commercial/sales areas**, enabling enhanced user experience and operational decision-making. **Skills:** * Leadership and personnel management * Effective communication * Problem solving * Organization and planning * Working under pressure * Decision making * Results-oriented mindset and customer service focus * Emotional intelligence and conflict management **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Savings fund * Gym discount * Job stability and growth opportunities **Location:** On-site employment **Position Type:** Full-time Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
