This role is ideal for a motivated early\-career professional who is interested in sales operations, data governance, and enablement processes, and who wants hands\-on exposure to how Sales teams operate at scale. This role is not focused on advanced analytics or dashboard development. Instead, you will play a critical role in capturing accurate data, enforcing data governance standards, and supporting cross\-functional teams in using Salesforce and related tools correctly. You will work closely with Sales Enablement, Sales, Account Management, and other teams to ensure that data is captured consistently, processes are followed, and enablement initiatives are executed smoothly. **Key Responsibilities** ***Data Capture \& Governance*** * Support accurate and timely data entry across Salesforce (opportunities, accounts, products, activities). * Monitor adherence to data governance standards and sales processes. * Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data and follow up with the appropriate teams to resolve issues. * Assist in maintaining clean, reliable data that supports reporting, forecasting, and decision\-making. ***Sales Enablement Support*** * Act as a point of support for Sales Enablement initiatives, helping teams understand what data needs to be captured and why. * Assist sellers and account teams with questions related to Salesforce fields, processes, and enablement requirements. * Support the rollout of new enablement rules, fields, or processes by helping ensure correct adoption. ***Cross\-Functional Collaboration*** * Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Pricing, and Operations to support consistent data practices. * Help coordinate inputs across teams for enablement and reporting needs. * Serve as a connector between teams to ensure information flows accurately and on time. ***Reporting \& Operational Support*** * Support recurring and ad\-hoc reporting needs by validating data and preparing inputs. * Assist senior team members with basic analysis, audits, and data checks. * Help document processes, data definitions, and enablement guidelines. ***Process \& Operational Excellence*** * Help monitor whether sales and enablement processes are being followed correctly. * Flag gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues in data capture or workflows. * Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement operations and documentation. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Sales or Marketing Operations, Analytics, or a related field. * **Clear written and verbal communication skills in English is A MUST** * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Organized, reliable, and able to follow structured processes. * Comfortable working with systems, forms, and standardized workflows. * Willingness to ask questions and learn how Sales Enablement operates. * Internship, academic, or early professional experience in Sales Enablement, Operations, CRM support, or data\-related roles preferred, but not required. * Prior exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred, but not required.
