Hiring: Process Engineer and Continuous Improvement Engineer Objective: Optimize production processes through standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement; reduce waste and increase productivity to maximize Agribeans Group’s competitiveness and profitability. Responsibilities and Activities: * Mapping of production and overall plant operation processes. * Documentation of processes. * Implementation and improvement of processes. * Validate compliance with quality assurance processes. * Implementation and monitoring of QMS indicators. * Monitor supplier compliance with quality indicators. * Supplier evaluation and follow-up on supplier non-conformities. * Conduct root cause analysis for rejections or complaints. * Follow up with customers on complaints and/or rejections. * Identify and implement process improvements. * Staff training.
