What Makes You a Strong Candidate * Education: Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Management, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of textile processes and standard times. * Full-time availability is mandatory. * Willingness to travel within the state of Puebla for subcontractor visits. Responsibilities: * Weekly preparation and finalization of the production schedule per subcontractor, specifying exact volumes, committed delivery dates, and manufacturing sequence. * Daily validation of actual physical progress against the approved schedule using photographic evidence, documented reports, and direct confirmation with the subcontractor. * Immediate identification of deviations on the same day they occur, documentation thereof, and execution of immediate corrective actions to recover the plan. * Authorization of shipments only upon physical verification of completed volume, formal quality release, and complete documentation. * Continuous balancing of workloads among subcontractors to maximize installed capacity, maintain steady production flow, and ensure balanced assignment of loads.
