We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** Provide support to the Southern PYME Subdirection by addressing the administrative support needs of PYME Executives within the Territory, as well as advising on the analysis and processing of products for this segment. Each day, you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Applying knowledge of financial analysis and Banorte regulations to approve healthy PYME loan portfolios. * Developing systems and presentations to automate tracking of key PYME segment indicators (e.g., loan disbursement, average balance, ICV%, IPC, renewals, billing, insurance, accounts, etc.). * Establishing communication bridges between the branch network and PYME Banking. * Maintaining close coordination with Regional Teams to ensure comprehensive, multi-product customer service. Requirements: * Professional education.\- Graduate (or near-graduate) in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Actuarial Science. * Years of experience.\- 1 year of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles (preferred). * Areas of expertise.\- Administration, Accounting, Sales, Data Analysis. * Required knowledge.\- Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and basic accounting. * Languages.\- Not required *At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
