A leading Mexican company in the manufacturing of disposable medical devices invites you to join its Talent Acquisition team as: **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** This position requires both strategic and operational skills to manage HR for over 200 employees with technical and operational profiles. **We offer:** * Competitive base salary * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Productivity bonus * Statutory benefits and above * Career development plan * Job stability * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role * Proficiency in operational, technical, and administrative profiles * Knowledge of quality regulations (QMS, ISO) is desirable * Familiarity with training processes * STC visits * High level of organization and attention to detail * Proactive, results-oriented mindset **Key responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel via digital strategies * Managing audits and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations * Handling labor incidents, mediations, and conflict resolution * Developing training programs and performance evaluations * Overseeing payroll administration, compensation, and benefits * Executing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees * Ensuring and supervising compliance with Mexican labor and safety regulations * Implementation of NOM-35 * Designing and implementing strategies to improve workplace climate and organizational culture Work location Chalco, State of Mexico Come and experience it!
