**Internet Link Installation Technician (Microwave / Telecommunications)** **Work Area:** Tlaxcala – Puebla (Huejotzingo) **Position Type:** Temporary (coverage for medical leave) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Position Description** We are seeking an Installation Technician with telecommunications experience to install, configure, and maintain internet links in the field (microwave links). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations, adherence to schedules, and proper equipment operation. **Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain internet equipment (microwave radio links). * Configure Ubiquiti radios and modems. * Implement point-to-point and point-to-multipoint links. * Structured cabling and use of installation tools. * Work at heights following safety standards. * On-site activity reporting (start, progress, and completion). * Manage and safeguard assigned materials and equipment. * Meet daily installation targets. * Adhere to quality standards for each installation. **Requirements** * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Personal vehicle for work use (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in telecommunications installations. * Age: 20 to 50 years. * Responsible, proactive individual with strong on-site problem-solving skills. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $10,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Sales commissions **with no cap: $200 per installation** * Vehicle maintenance support: $1,000 monthly * Weekly fuel reimbursement * Job stability during the medical leave period Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
