




We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service\-oriented person to join our team as an **Administrative Assistant**. This role will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, assisting in meetings, and providing support to the company’s operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and organize physical and digital documentation. * Coordinate schedules and provide logistical support for meetings. * Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications. * Prepare reports and follow up on administrative tasks. * Provide support in interactions with clients and suppliers. * Communicate and translate in English (oral and written). * Supervision of physical stores: inventory management sales reports **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferred). * **Advanced English (spoken and written, mandatory).** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Most know how to drive (automatic) * Skilled in handling Illustrator tools * Understanding of visual communication and design * Team management experience (1 year preferred) **We Offer:** * Fixed monthly salary of $9,000 MXN. * Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Positive and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company. * All law benefits Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: A partir de $9,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Opción a contrato indefinido Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
