Focus on quality, food safety, and teamwork. **Technical Operator.** Operate and control equipment to ensure proper thermal treatment of liquid egg, complying with established food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (TIF, NOMs, HACCP, etc.). **Main Responsibilities:** Verify proper equipment functionality before shift start-up. Record temperatures and processing times. Adjust equipment parameters according to product specifications. Complete operational logs and daily production reports. Detect and report process anomalies or deviations. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations. **Job Requirements:** Education: Degree or technical diploma in food engineering/technology, industrial technology, or mechanical technology. Experience: Minimum 1 year operating in the food industry (poultry, dairy, or egg industry preferred). **Specific Knowledge:** Principles of pasteurization. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
