Your mission will be to ensure clients understand and fully leverage the tool, while managing the site’s technical maintenance (PHP), supported by **Artificial Intelligence**. **Key Responsibilities (Service + Technical Focus):** * **Training and Onboarding:** Deliver training sessions for new clients, ensuring they understand the platform’s functionality and value. * **Account Management:** Create users, configure access rights, and perform general administration of client accounts. * **Usage Monitoring and Adoption:** Track how clients use the tool, resolve questions, and ensure ongoing satisfaction. * **Technical Maintenance (PHP):** Resolve technical incidents and implement code adjustments on the website using **AI tools** to accelerate response times. * **Sector Knowledge Acquisition:** Master hydrocarbon regulations to accurately advise users on how the platform addresses their legal requirements. * **Lead the identification and implementation of platform improvements**, leveraging data and *user feedback*.
