




**We are looking for your talent as a Project Manager** **Work arrangement** * Hybrid work in Puebla: attend the office 3 days per week, work from home 2 days * Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Requirements** * Proven experience of more than 4–5 years in the role of Project Manager or Program Manager * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or related field * Experience in projects involving the integration of three or more Core systems * Technical knowledge of at least one solution: SAP, SAP HANA, or Temenos * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in PMI methodology and START UP methodology * **OPTIONAL: Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional)** * Desired: ITIL and COBIT certifications; experience with SAP, SAP HANA **Job Mission:** * Manage Projects, Programs, and Portfolios under the process groups and knowledge areas defined in the Project Management Standard (PMI) and the Project Management Methodology (PMM) currently in use at VWFSMX; to monitor and control scope, cost, schedule, and quality agreed upon in the baseline of each project, program, and/or portfolio across all phases **Responsibilities:** * Manage Projects, Programs, and/or Portfolios under the current Project Management Standard (PMI) process groups and knowledge areas, and the current Project Management Methodology (PMM) at VWFSMX—including Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder Management, Monitoring and Control—to ensure end-to-end implementation. * Consolidate, interpret, and communicate scope, cost, schedule, and quality of assigned Projects and Programs to all stakeholders, in accordance with related project and program plans, to ensure effective management and control, and to provide timely visibility of any deviations—thereby enabling informed decision-making and/or escalation through persuasion and influence across teams and organizational levels. * Holistically manage scope aligned with the organization’s strategy and with achievement of project, program, and/or portfolio objectives—defining various work plans and designing corrective actions to ensure their fulfillment. * Define test plans, techniques, and strategies—seeking synergies among deliverables, projects, programs, and/or portfolios—and develop a plan that ensures deliverable quality, as well as execution and implementation to meet the objectives and success criteria specified in each project’s testing phase. * Ensure the technical solution implemented in assigned projects and/or programs. * Plan, administer, control, and ensure that budgets exceeding MXN $50 million are used in compliance with policies and procedures established by IT, Controlling, Accounting, and Procurement departments; and control procurement and vendor payment processes to manage project costs. * Identify correlations among projects, programs, and/or portfolios under one’s responsibility and those outside it—seizing opportunities arising from such correlations, synergies, impacts, dependencies, constraints, and harmonization among involved parties—and develop risk-based mitigation plans. * Guide and advise various stakeholders on the current Project Management Methodology within projects, programs, and/or portfolios to foster a culture of change across the organization. * Implement, harmonize, and drive improvements within managed processes to promote continuous improvement, address stakeholder needs, and adopt industry and project management best practices. * Ensure production of deliverables aligned with the current Project Management Methodology, corresponding to each phase of assigned projects, programs, and/or portfolios—ensuring committed quality in collaboration with the project team. * Conduct estimation processes per the current methodology, including designing and integrating activities, durations, costs, and resource assignments into a work plan (schedule) for project, program, and/or portfolio execution—as well as managing the cost plan and analyzing its interactions with other departments, stakeholders, and VWFSMX operational systems. * Obtain estimates supporting decision-making for initiatives expected to evolve into high-value projects and programs for VWFSMX.
