We are looking for a **Junior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager** to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in SAP project delivery or functional consulting who is ready to take on more responsibility in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the **planning and execution** of SAP S/4HANA projects (implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements). * Support the **Project Manager or Program Lead** in managing project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables. * Coordinate **cross\-functional teams** (functional, technical, and business) to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. * Track and report on **project progress, risks, and issues**, proposing mitigation plans where needed. * Participate in **status meetings**, prepare project documentation, and maintain project governance materials. * Ensure compliance with **SAP Activate methodology** or internal PMO standards. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear communication between IT and business areas. * Support **testing, training, and cutover activities** as part of project lifecycle. * Manage smaller workstreams or sub\-projects independently under the guidance of a senior project manager. ### **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. * **1–3 years** of experience in **SAP projects** (as PMO Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Junior Project Manager). * Basic understanding of **SAP S/4HANA modules** (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or SuccessFactors). * Familiarity with **project management methodologies** (Agile, SAP Activate, or Waterfall). * Excellent **communication, coordination, and documentation** skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities with attention to detail. * **Fluent in English** (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. * Project Management certification (CAPM, PMI, Scrum, or SAP Activate) is an advantage. ### **Nice to Have:** * Exposure to **SAP S/4HANA migration or greenfield projects**. * Experience working in **multicultural or global delivery environments**. * Knowledge of **Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools**. ### **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to grow into a **Senior SAP Project Manager** role. * Work on innovative SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. * Continuous learning and certification support. * Collaborative and international work environment. **Why Syntax?** Become a part of our success story and work in a company with exciting innovation projects that are causing a stir across the industry.
