Ensure orderly, safe, and friendly access to the facilities, delivering a positive experience from the first point of contact. ### **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed secondary school **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in access control, visitor assistance, or light security **Age:** 25 to 35 years old **Gender:** Not specified **Language:** Not required ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Welcome visitors upon their arrival at the facilities. * Assist and guide visitors in the parking area, indicating correct entrances and routes. * Clearly explain the entry process. * Verify orderly access for visitors, suppliers, and internal staff. * Maintain a friendly and professional presence at access points. * Record entries and exits according to established protocols. * Report anomalies or unusual situations to the supervisor. * Support traffic and pedestrian flow coordination when necessary. ### **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:** * Access control. * Visitor assistance or customer service. * Light security or similar roles focused on support and orientation. ### **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Basic logbook management. * Access control and basic security protocols. * Effective communication with visitors. ### **Skills and Aptitudes:** * Friendly, respectful, and service-oriented demeanor. * Strong communication skills. * Proactive and responsible attitude. * Punctuality and professional appearance. * Ability to maintain order and supervise access without confrontation. ### **Schedule:** * Morning shift: Sun–Thu 9:30 AM–4:30 PM Fri & Sat: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM * Afternoon shift: Sun–Thu 3:30–10:30 PM Fri & Sat: 5:00 PM–12:30 AM **6 working days per week and 1 weekday day off for both shifts** ### **Salary:** (MXN $9,500 monthly) ### **Notes:** The position requires excellent personal presentation, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to respectfully guide visitors.
