Authorize repairs at workshops certified by the supply chain. Establish strategies to manage budgeted spending. **Position Complexity** Geographic dispersion. Technical expertise in Diesel Automotive and leadership skills. Ensure technician specialization despite turnover. Maintain control over resource usage, fostering a culture of accountability. **Functions:** Develop maintenance plans and programs. Verify and authorize maintenance staff incidents for payroll processing. Review and validate indicators assigned by management to the maintenance department. Verify and authorize scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance. Collaborate with warehouse and procurement departments for item code creation or purchasing parts and spare components. Review, validate, and authorize the status of units in the workshop. Review and authorize event reports for client billing. Organize, advise, and instruct workshop supervisors. Monitor and control the monthly budget assigned to the department. Prepare, review, and validate information for the weekly business unit meeting and corporate meetings. Platform proficiency: \- ERP\-SM. Randomly audit spare parts in the maintenance system. Execute actions to ensure proper application and compliance with established policies, norms, and procedures. Ensure timely roadside assistance for our customers and reduction of response times. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Diesel Automotive Maintenance * Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Diesel Automotive Maintenance (Graduated) * Reside in central Puebla * Flexible schedule availability * Willingness to travel * Valid driver's license Benefits: Statutory benefits and those exceeding legal requirements.
