We are seeking an **International Treaties Specialist** to join our Customs and Foreign Trade team. About the Role: As a key member of our Customs and Foreign Trade team, your role will be critical in ensuring that all our import and export operations strictly comply with international regulations, Mexican customs laws, and current tax requirements. You will serve as the guardian of regulatory compliance, ensuring every step in the goods flow is executed efficiently and lawfully. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: **International Treaty Monitoring and Enforcement:** Ensuring strict compliance with international treaties and agreements signed by Mexico, securing tariff and operational benefits. **Comprehensive Customs Management:** Facilitating and optimizing vehicle and component import/export processes, from planning through execution. **Accurate Tax and Tariff Calculation:** Precisely determining general import duties, value-added taxes, and other applicable contributions, minimizing costs and optimizing the supply chain. **Documentary Compliance:** Verifying and ensuring all foreign trade-related documentation meets the highest legal and regulatory standards, preventing fines and delays. **Regulatory Analysis:** Staying up to date with changes and updates in national and international customs and foreign trade legislation, assessing their impact on Audi Mexico’s operations. **Process Optimization:** Identifying opportunities to improve customs and foreign trade processes, proposing and implementing innovative and efficient solutions. **Technology Utilization:** Leveraging modern tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in customs operations.
