Position: **Back\-end Developer (Mid and Senior Levels)** **Openings:** 1 **Location:** Illinois, **United States** **Work Mode:** On-site **Employment Type:** Full-time Main Responsibilities: * **Troubleshooting and debugging:** Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, communicating findings to Project Managers, stakeholders, and QA teams. * **Data management and storage:** Design and maintain efficient and secure databases. Create schemas, optimize performance, write queries, and ensure data integrity. * **API development:** Design, implement, and maintain APIs enabling communication between different system components or with external services. * **Integration with third-party services:** Implement libraries, APIs, or external services (authentication, payments, cloud storage, etc.). * **Software architecture and system design:** Contribute to defining and evolving the architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems. * Collaborate with Front\-End, DevOps, and Automation teams to establish best practices, coding standards, and structures compatible with industrial environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS). Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering**, or related field. * **4 to 5 years of proven experience** as a Back\-end developer. * Prior experience in the **automotive industry**. * Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. * Customer focus, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Advanced **English proficiency** (mandatory) and advanced **Spanish proficiency** (desirable). * **Authorization to work in the United States.** **TN Visa** holders are accepted.
