( **English is mandatory**) **Others** · Experience of working in Automotive/Manufacturing organization would be preferred. **Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Associate – Operations System Development professional to plan, develop, implement, and optimize IT systems. The role will oversee the complete lifecycle of information systems—from requirement implementation to live operation and ongoing maintenance—ensuring seamless integration between technology and business processes. **Job Roles \& Responsibilities:** **Information System:** 1\.Responsible for managing the stable operation of the company's information system and establishing standardized operation and maintenance processes (such as fault response, backup and recovery) 2\.Lead the implementation of the information system (Such as Business Central and MES), as well as the integration and functional testing of the information system, put forward reasonable suggestions and optimize the system business process 3\.Deeply understand the Business central \& MES informatization needs (such as process digitization, data integration, efficiency improvement, etc.), and transform the requirements into executable system development plans 4\.Assist users in resolving issues related to Business central and MES, and train new employees 5\.Cost, schedule and quality control of operating system development projects 6\.Participated in the business of various departments of the company and searched for IT tools to optimize daily operations. **Department Management:** 1\.Assisted the ERP Manager to complete business system process optimization 2\.Train the new employees and make work plans 3\.Put forward improvement plans to save costs **Training Requirement:** 1\.Enterprise information security training 2\.Business Central training (Purchase, Sales, Production,Inventory and Financial management) 3\.MES system training **Knowledge:** 1\.Familiar with the installation, monitoring, backup and performance tuning of application middleware (Tomcat, Nginx, WebLogic) and databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server), capable of solving problems such as connection timeout, deadlock and data consistency. 2\.Proficient in operation and maintenance automation tools (such as Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins) and monitoring tools (such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana), and capable of realizing batch operations, log analysis and alarm automation through script writing (Python, Shell) to improve operation and maintenance efficiency. **Other Task:** Complete the work assigned by superior or required assistance from related departments.
