Therefore, we are looking for an accounting assistant who, by fulfilling tax and regulatory requirements, will support the accounting department, ensuring data accuracy and being responsible for recording, processing, and organizing financial information. * Location: Puebla, San Bernardino Tlaxcalancingo. * Company: Olam Agro México S.A. de C.V. * Position type: Full-time, on-site * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. **Position objective:** * Contribute to accounting and financial processes and procedures in order to provide clear accounting information through the review of supplier, creditor, and expense accounts along with their respective bank reconciliations and closing procedures, in order to report balances at daily and monthly closing. **Main responsibilities:** * Review and control of invoices for daily purchase and service operations versus payments and recorded purchases. * Filing of purchase and service invoices (digital and physical). * Electronic invoicing applying the different types of invoicing according to each operation as specified in Annex 20\. * Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to be submitted and meet activity schedules. * Prepare supporting reports for headquarters. * Send daily, monthly, and supporting reports or formats to each department. * Participate in physical inventories whenever required by the control department. * Collaborate occasionally in other duties inherent to the position. * Filing and control of financing-related documents. **Required profile:** Education: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience: * Minimum of 2 years in similar positions. * Experience in food industry or agribusiness is desirable.
