Checklist control Keep tools and daily work equipment in good condition and well maintained Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, plumbing, painting, among others. Efficiently request and manage necessary supplies for weekly and daily maintenance, ensuring timely availability. Prepare a detailed daily report on work progress Requirements: Experience in similar roles. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance Good handling of maintenance tools and equipment Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Salary: $10,000 per month.
