We are seeking: HR Supervisor **Purpose:** Manage the organization’s human capital processes, ensuring proper personnel administration, compliance with internal policies, and talent development to contribute to achieving institutional objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * **Coordinate recruitment and selection processes**, ensuring hiring of personnel matching the required profile. * **Manage employment documentation and personnel files**, guaranteeing their accurate and timely updates. * **Design and coordinate personnel training and development programs.** * **Promote a positive organizational climate**, addressing workplace issues and strengthening internal communication. * **Monitor performance indicators and personnel evaluations.** * **Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations.** **Requirements:** * **Minimum education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, Human Capital, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in Human Resources departments. * **Age:** 30–45 years **Technical Knowledge:** * Recruitment and selection * Personnel administration * Basic labor legislation * Performance evaluation * Organizational training **Soft Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Emotional intelligence * Conflict resolution * Organization and planning **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
