**Pattern Maker** **Responsibilities:** * Analyze sketches, technical sheets, or physical samples provided by the design team. * Ensure the technical feasibility of the design. * Create base and specific patterns using specialized software (Gerber, Lectra, etc.). * Perform pattern modifications for different styles and sizes. * Scale patterns to various sizes while maintaining anatomical proportions and established standards. * Adjust patterns to fit different body types or markets. * Supervise or participate in the construction of the first prototype. * Test prototypes on mannequins or real models to verify fit and garment drape. * Make necessary adjustments and update patterns. * Verify correct interpretation of the pattern during cutting and sewing. * Ensure the pattern is optimized for industrial production. * Prepare technical sheets, cutting plans, and related documentation. * Maintain an updated database of patterns and digital files. * Coordinate with design, production, and quality control teams. * Participate in technical meetings for model validation.
