




Position Summary: Responsible for the import and export of materials and finished products, coordinating the IMMEX program and ensuring compliance with legal requirements in Mexico. Our extensive product portfolio—including towel, tissue, soap, and air freshener dispensers, as well as other bathroom-related products—combined with our high service standards and reputation for innovation, has enabled us to become a market leader. **Objective** Responsible for the import and export of materials and finished products through IMMEX program coordination and compliance with Mexican legal requirements, achieved by updating and maintaining foreign trade databases and systems. **Requirements** * Profile: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience. * Basic knowledge of foreign trade operations, report and form filling in Excel, pivot tables, importation of raw materials, fixed assets and spare parts, creation and maintenance of operational records, reporting of foreign trade and expense information. * Skills: Assertive communication, document management, verbal fluency, and negotiation. **Functions, Activities, Responsibilities:** * Review and update material bills—the interface between AX and SCAII. * Monitor and track deviations against temporary balances in Annex 31\. * Perform targeted downloads to maintain orderly temporary inventory in Annex 24\. * Verify cyclical count audits. * Confirm information provided by Data Stage. * Verify and reconcile imported fixed asset data against physical inventory. * Review export and import documentation with shipping lines and customs brokers. * Understand and execute activities for exports under the CTPAT program. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary payment * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Life insurance * Christmas bonus equivalent to 28 days’ salary * Vacation premium of 35% * Annual performance-based bonus * Grocery vouchers * Work schedule: Monday to Friday * Additional paid days off beyond statutory requirements Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
