




**OBJECTIVE:** Provide administrative and operational support in various areas of the organization, ensuring proper handling of documentation, records, and internal processes to facilitate efficient resource management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, organize, and file administrative documents. * Prepare reports, official letters, and internal correspondence. * Enter and update information in administrative systems. * Assist with procedures at external institutions (banks, suppliers, customers). * Monitor administrative processes under the supervision of the respective department. * Prepare collection reports and account statements. * Follow up on payment commitments. * Review and update accounts receivable status. * Identify clients with overdue payments. * Receive, review, and record credit invoices in working papers. **EDUCATION:** Technical degree in administration, accounting, or related field. **EXPERIENCE:** 1 to 2 years in administrative roles (desirable). **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** * Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Basic administrative system operation. * Principles of document filing and management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and responsibility.
