PROCESS ENGINEER \- HVB Be part of Audi's history in Mexico since its inception and take on one of our several roles. Here you will be able to work in multiple areas of the company such as Planning, Quality Control, Human Resources and Production, and take on general and coordination roles.**Brief Role Description** Employees who are concerned with production\-ready product and process design for high\-voltage batteries or battery modules for high\-voltage batteries from the prototyping phases through to zero series, with special regard for product and process interdependencies.**Possible Tasks within this Role** * Create, review, update, and standardize systems, processes, and documents to ensure compliance with requirements of various audits (TÜV, VDA, ISO). * Plan, schedule, and monitor all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities/deviations to ensure personnel safety, equipment integrity, quality, and technical availability. * Coordinate with the Planning department to design workstations, ensuring functionality, safety, ergonomics for personnel, and product quality. * Coordinate, conduct, analyze, and standardize the problem-solving system to define actions eliminating root causes. * Coordinate with the Planning department across different project phases to ensure milestones are met according to quality standards, cycle times, and technical availability for Start of Production (SOP) and serial manufacturing phases. * Report to management on budget administration assigned during various project phases to ensure departmental expense indicators. **Qualification requirements** * Minimum 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, Manufacturing Processes, Process Design and Control **Skills** * Process Engineering * Manufacturing * Battery Manufacturing Processes * Quality Control * Electrical Safety Testing * High Voltage Systems * Design, maintain, document, and update productive and non-productive processes of the High-Voltage Battery (HVB) Manufacturing Department. * Monitor key systems and indicators of the area, advising and performing root cause analysis and implementing engineering solutions based on defined Process Standards and Work Instructions. * Ensure achievement of area indicators: Safety, Availability, Quality, Volume, and Cost. * FMEA / Statistical Process Control / Ergonomics Principles. * Handling of electronic and high-voltage components. * Construction of electrical/electronic components and automated manufacturing processes. * Lean Manufacturing: Process design, value stream mapping, and elimination of bottlenecks. * Generation, administration, and execution of annual maintenance expense budgets, including internal and external suppliers. * Quality, energy, environmental, and occupational health and safety risk management systems.
