We create custom software and **we're looking for young talent to drive our digital marketing strategies.** ***Position Objective*** Support in the analysis and optimization of digital campaigns to: * Strengthen **brand positioning**. * Increase **online visibility**. * Generate **high-quality traffic**. * Capture **potential customers** through efficient use of digital media, social networks, and advertising campaigns (organic and paid). ***Requirements*** * Students in the final semesters of **Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, Digital Business, or related fields**. * Have valid **faculty insurance** (desirable). * **Availability for 6 months**. ***Knowledge and Responsibilities*** * Basic knowledge of social networks and metrics (likes, reach, interactions, CTR, etc.). * Monitor and optimize paid campaigns on **Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads**. * Participate in planning meetings, creative sessions, and improvement proposals. * Collect metrics from **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website**. * Prepare reports on digital campaigns (organic and paid). * Support in creating graphical content (Canva or other tools). * Scheduling and reviewing published content. * Research on digital trends, hashtags, formats, and competitors. * Generate performance reports, analyze results, and propose continuous improvements. * Assist in basic **website management** (content updates, SEO, user experience). ***Skills*** * Organization and responsibility. * Analytical thinking and data orientation. * Interest in digital marketing and analytics. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork and good communication ***We Offer*** * **Release of professional practices**. * **Financial support for transportation**. * **Possibility of continuation** within the organization upon completion of your internship. * Real-world experience in digital campaigns and marketing strategies within a technology company.
