We are seeking an Accounting Trainee Location: Puebla, Puebla. Position objective: Support the accounting department in administrative and accounting tasks, developing practical skills that complement academic training while contributing to the achievement of the company's financial goals. Main responsibilities: 1\. Record accounting transactions in the management system. 2\. Assist in bank account reconciliations. 3\. Review and organize invoices and tax documentation. 4\. Prepare basic financial reports according to department needs. 5\. Assist in tax calculations and preparation of tax returns. 6\. Verify the correct application of the company's accounting policies. 7\. Perform administrative tasks related to the area, such as document filing and digitization. Requirements: * Active student pursuing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration * Basic knowledge of accounting principles. * Experience with accounting software (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Willingness to learn and work in a team.
