




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. (Preferred in Hospitality) * Availability to work shifts from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00 hrs and 14:00 to 22:00 hrs, and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 to 14:00 hrs **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Check lines and refrigerators. * Prepare food. * Prepare buffet. * Review food and line preparation. * Supervise the implementation of hotel policies regarding food quality and presentation. * Assign and supervise staff tasks. * Advise the chef on planning and preparing food for special events. * Supervise that kitchen food quality complies with the order system authorized by the cashier. * Prepare restaurant and room service meals. * Issue requisitions to the warehouse. * Prepare main dishes. * Give instructions to cooks. * Control pending orders. * Follow up on orders. * Prepare fruit. * Check cleanliness of the work area. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly pay. * Tips. * Grocery vouchers $1,357.68 monthly. * Statutory benefits.
