Continuous training and participation in strategic projects. **Job Description:** At **MER**, we are looking for a **Design Engineer** with experience in refrigeration equipment development and knowledge of 3D design. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, calculating, and developing efficient, sustainable, and functional equipment, collaborating across departments to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. **Responsibilities:** * Design refrigeration equipment using CAD software (SolidWorks 2D and 3D). * Perform calculations, component selections, and fabrication drawings. * Support selection of components, materials, and accessories. * Contribute to the development and innovation of new MER product lines. * Implement design improvements focused on energy efficiency and reduction of environmental impact. * Prepare technical documentation and bills of materials. * Collaborate with production, quality, and planning departments. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering and/or Mechatronics Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions (equipment design or development). * **Knowledge:** * Thermodynamics and heat transfer. * Basic refrigeration. * SolidWorks (2D and 3D). * Microsoft Office. * Use of measuring instruments. * **Skills:** Innovation, planning, effective communication, teamwork, results orientation, and customer service. * **Other Requirements:** Valid driver’s license, certificate of no criminal record, and health certificate. * **Gender:** Unrestricted. * **Availability:** Full-time. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional development in a growing company. * Collaborative environment with a focus on technological innovation. * Continuous training and participation in strategic projects.
