Main Technical Competencies **Masonry:** Wall resurfacing, application of finishes (painting, plastering), floor and tile installation, and minor structural repairs. **Plumbing:** Installation and repair of pipes, drain cleaning, maintenance of flowmeters, water tanks, cisterns, and faucet replacement. **Locksmithing (Locks):** Installation, replacement, and repair of locks, security locks, door closers, and adjustment of metal or wooden carpentry. **Basic Electricity:** Replacement of light fixtures, outlets, switches, and inspection of electrical panels. **General Maintenance:** Waterproofing, crack sealing, and minor aesthetic repairs. **Skills** Valid private driver’s license, availability to travel, and experience driving standard vehicles. Manage inventory of tools and materials required for each task. Ensure order and cleanliness in intervened areas. Strictly comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
