INDEPENDENCIA FINANCIAL IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR ITS COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Home-based collections * Customer negotiation * Generation and follow-up of payment commitments Requirements: * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Own motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in recovering accounts with early or charged-off delinquency (PREFERRED). * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $25,000 MXN. We offer: * Biweekly base salary * Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 MXN for the first 6 months (in addition to commissions). * Monthly training bonus of $1,000 MXN (for the first 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (details provided during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 MXN is contingent upon performance). * Weekly gasoline allowance * IMSS coverage (100% contribution from day one).
