We are looking for an **experienced Screen Printer** to join our textile production team. The ideal candidate must master the complete screen printing process on garments, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery. * **️** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and set up screens, meshes, and inks according to assigned designs. * Operate manual or automatic screen printing machines. * Ensure proper alignment, color, and finish on each print. * Conduct color tests and adjustments before starting production. * Monitor ink drying and curing processes to ensure durability. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and care of the screen printing area. * Report malfunctions, incidents, or maintenance needs to the supervisor. * Meet established quality and productivity standards. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of experience as a screen printer** * Knowledge of plastisol inks, water-based inks, and fabric printing processes. * Experience operating semi-automatic or manual screen printing equipment. * Ability to work toward goals and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ### **We Offer:** * Starting gross salary of $9,000 * **Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday** * **Statutory benefits.** * **Direct employment contract** with the company. * Opportunities for growth within the production department. * Stable and safe working environment. **If you have experience in textile screen printing and are passionate about high-quality, precise work, apply here**
